In the days of Globalization, it is necessary to make our rural students globally educated. In these days of competition, growth and quality are important where, growth means higher education and quality means “Matoshree Sumati Chintamani Tipnis College of Arts and Commerce”. The aim of this college is to make youths of the rural area self-sufficient/self-reliant.The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai. The college provides two streams of education i.e., Arts and Commerce. It provides education to First Year, Second Year and Third Year Arts and Commerce students. As our President has
stated in his message that the Trust has xpanded the scope of “Matoshree Sumati Chintamani Tipnis College of Arts and Commerce” by introducing short term various professional, educational courses which would make the students of this institute fit to face today’s competitive world.

We will be shifting to our new building in this academic year. The building is well designed meeting all requirements of NAAC and perhaps the best in entire Raigad District.
