DEPARTMENT OF LIFE LONG LEARNING AND EXTENSION (DLLE)

The DLLE of Mumbai University offers to students extension work projects encompassing social issues. Students are awarded ‘Ten’ additional marks at the final exam for projects after completion of 120 hours of DLLE work.

In our college, the DLLE conducts community oriented activities to “To reach the unreached” section of the society. Our college selects Population Education Club (PEC) for extension work project. The college co-ordinator and two student managers attend Training Program conducted by the University. The Department is offering six types of extension work projects.

Extension work teacher attends and organizes training Programmes. He/she assists and supervises the extension work. In extension activities, College conducts various lectures on social issues, conduct Rally, Street Play, Poster Competition, Essay Competition and alike other programs. These activities are helpful to students and the society.
