The Department of Mumbai University offers for the students, extension work projects encompassing social issues. The students awarded “Ten” additional marks at the final exam for projects on completion of 120 hours of work.
The Students participating in the extension work under the Department are entitled to the benefit extension of ten grace marks on the satisfactory completion of 120 hours of work under various extension work projects under and post graduate, B.Ed. College Management College, pharmacy colleges, engineering and technology colleges, law colleges are the part of DLLE.
The Department committed to conduct community oriented activities to “reach to unreached” section of the society. Our college selects Population Education Club (PEC) for extension work project. College co- ordinator and 2 student’s managers attend Training Program conducted by University. The Department is offering six types of extension works project.
Extension work teacher attend and organize training Programmes. He/she assist and supervise the extension work. In extension activities College conduct Lectures on social issues, Rally, Street Play, Poster Competition, Essay Competition and other programs. These activities are not only on college level but also it’s perform on community level by the students
